Special Occasions 2000

The Christmas Party on the 16th December 2000

The 70+ guests came from as far away as Rockhampton and Maryborough. The informal time allowed new friendships to form and old ones to be renewed. President Gynith Whatmough kept us motivated till the food was ready and the flowers - there were many scattered around - they made sure it was a hibiscussy Christmas. A few of the spectacular new ones are highlighted below.

The Caboolture R.S.L. Hall is a little big - and poorly lit - here is a view of a large section with Gynith, Michael and Julie doing some Christmassy things out front.

Richard Mansbridge holds his two seedlings: the orange double Eric Robert and the yellow double Aussie Gold	These are the parents of both - Bronco and Rosalind - Bronco x Rosalind
	Of course, this new gem to the left was another Rosalind baby - with proposed name Frilly Knickers - Rosalind x Sheba This one was bred by Phil Barry of Tin Can Bay.
