The Brisbane Ekka Display
The Royal National Show Display was a resounding success with President, Gynith Whatmough, and Publicity Officer, Des Kearton, ever busy promoting the Society as other members rotated in for duty at various times.
The release of "Ekka Anniversary" for the 125th Anniversary of the Ekka was extremely popular. Our thanks to photographer, Reg Savage, for the pictures scanned.

| The theme of the Society's Display was a rainforest area and scrub shack or bush hut - adorned with hibiscus, of course! Add to that the Ekka Anniversary launch and promotion and all the Society information - it was a well patronised area! | |
