Buderim Branch Meetings
August 3rd 2003

Meetings are on the 1st Sunday of each month in the Community Hall,
Buderim Gardens Village, 405 Mooloolaba Road, Buderim at 1.30p.m.

Today was the AGM for the Buderim Branch of the HSQ, and Archie Rogers was returned as Chairman and Treasurer, Don Handley as Vice-Chairman and Dell Humphries as Secretary and Show Manager.  Society President, Gynith Whatmough, took the chair for the nominations.

The blooms for judging were scarce owing to the cold weather.

Results:    Singles:         1st - Happy Talk - Archie Rogers
                                        2nd - Autumn Beauty - Archie Rogers
                                        3rd - Tarantella - D. McIntosh
                  Doubles:       2nd - Ganmor Gloriana - Archie Rogers
                                        2nd - Gold Coast City - Archie Rogers

I awarded only equal seconds in the doubles as the others were somewhat wind-burnt.
